Hello, I'm Victoria.
Victoria Brighton began in 1996 with a simple belief: getting dressed should feel good. I wanted to bring together pieces that were comfortable, full of character and easy to make your own.
From the very start, I've chosen clothes with everyday life in mind – soft knits, beautiful patterns, flattering shapes and thoughtful details. Pieces you'll reach for whether you're meeting a friend for coffee by the seafront or enjoying a quiet afternoon at home.
Over the years, the best part has always been the people: the chats in the shop, the familiar faces coming back, and helping someone find the piece that feels just right.
The shop has been part of my family's life too. Watching my daughter grow up between the rails has made this journey even more special.

What should I do if an item isn't right?
If an item isn't right, you can return it within 90 days of receiving it, as long as it hasn't been worn, is in perfect condition and is in its original packaging.
To start a return, just contact our customer service team and we'll guide you through the process step by step.
Do you restock?
No. Our pieces are only available while stocks last – once they're gone, we won't be restocking.
Can I track my order?
Of course. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel at any time. We recommend checking your spam folder too.
