OVERVIEW

At Victoria Brighton, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We offer a voluntary 90-day return period, beginning on the date you receive your order.

This additional return policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including your right to cancel eligible online purchases and your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return under our voluntary 90-day policy, you must request the return within 90 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging where reasonably possible.

Proof of purchase is required.

These conditions apply to our additional voluntary return policy and do not restrict your statutory cancellation rights or your rights regarding faulty goods.

STARTING A RETURN

Before sending any products back, please contact us at info@vitoriabrighton.com and provide:

• Your order number.

• Your name and the email address used for your order.

• The items you wish to return.

• The reason for your return, if you wish to provide one.

• Clear photographs or videos if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please contact us before shipping your return to ensure it is directed correctly.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

Parcels should be accurately declared as returned merchandise. We do not accept cash-on-delivery or postage-due returns.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Important: Our return warehouse is located in Ningbo, China, outside the United Kingdom.

For change-of-mind returns, including an incorrectly selected size or colour, customers are responsible for the direct cost of shipping eligible returns from the United Kingdom to our international return warehouse, provided this responsibility was properly disclosed before purchase.

These international return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

International return shipping can be expensive. We therefore encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements and sizing information before placing an order.

Incorrect, damaged or defective items

Where goods are incorrect, defective or do not conform to the purchase contract, Victoria Brighton will provide the remedies required by UK law and cover reasonable return costs where legally required.

Please contact us before arranging shipment so that we can provide instructions, approve a suitable shipping method or explain how eligible return costs will be reimbursed.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return under our voluntary 90-day policy has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved voluntary refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of completing the return inspection.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Statutory cancellation refunds

For eligible online purchases, UK consumers generally have 14 days after receiving their goods to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to return them.

Refunds under this statutory cancellation right will be made within the time required by law, generally no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they have been sent back.

Where required by law, the refund will also include the original standard delivery charge.

Any permitted deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods will be made only in accordance with applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@vitoriabrighton.com.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction.

Eligible customers generally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, with further statutory remedies available after that period.

These rights are independent of our voluntary 90-day return policy.

EXCLUSIONS

Subject to applicable law, our voluntary return policy does not cover:

• Personalised, custom-made or made-to-order goods.

• Sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

• Products that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

• Gift cards, unless a refund is required by law.

These exclusions do not remove any applicable statutory rights.

Sale and discounted items retain the same statutory consumer protections as full-price items.

EXCHANGES

Direct exchanges cannot always be guaranteed.

If you would like a different size or product, the simplest option may be to complete an eligible return and place a new order.

Any statutory rights relating to defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact info@vitoriabrighton.com as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will aim to cancel it before shipment.

If the order has already been dispatched, the applicable return and statutory cancellation procedures will apply.

Nothing in this section restricts your legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase.
